Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

8 large carrots, cut in thick slices

8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions:  Put all of the ingredients into the slow cooker.  Turn the chicken to coat it.  Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours.  Delicious served over noodles or rice.  For an extra touch, you can sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on this just before serving.
